"I go to this store about 5 times a week to purchase 1 item. (5th of 99 bananas). I bought their last 5th last Friday and they told me they would be out of it until they got their truck on Wednesday. So I went back in Wednesday and they said none showed up on the truck so they would be out til next Wednesday. The past 10 weeks they run out of it every Saturday. So they are out of on every Sun Mon & Tues. I ask the mgr to order more but he said corporate office does the ordering. I went to thir website to ask them to order more but got no response. They obviously don't care about their customers, nor do they care if they lose sales! Their excuse is that they sell a lot of them. McDonald's has sold over 10 billion hamburgers but U can still go to McDonald's and order a hamburger. Whoever does the ordering for this store needs to go thru training again and whoever is in charge of customer complaints on their website needs to join them in training. The 2 of them are working together to increase sales at Keg N Bottle! Which sucks because Keg N Bottle charges $2 more a 5th!"
