"Was ok with the service I have been provided till today. I suffer from migraines and have tried everything including losing weight to help go from 2-3 migraines a week to 2-3 migraines a month. The only thing that helps is the Botox shot. The approval time for that is 15 day with with my insurance. I was called at the end of the day yesterday and told the office was canceling my appointment for today because approval had not come thru (insurance said request was submitted 3 days ago). Nurses response was she filed it in time. (Obviously not) Asked to keep my appointment and talk to Dr. Lamb was denied. I am in the middle of a 3 day migraine. Asked if they would fill out short term disability till the approval could come thru and I could get my shot. The nurse said they don’t do short term for migraines and did not care that I would burn through all of my sick days at the beginning of the year because of her mistake. (I have had that office do short term paperwork for migraines before.) will be going to GP to get a referral somewhere else."
"Not in any way impressed nor happy with Lyndsey Mangum. She may have trained for seizure treatment but she knows absolutely nothing about it. I have it and have been dealing with it longer than she's been alive so I think it's more than fair to say I know more about controlling the seizures that I have than she does.. I also waited almost 4 hours I kid you not my first appointment my time is valuable too and 4 hours is ridiculous. I wanted to switch to Dr.Lamb but basically was told I was Mrs Mangums patient she's a nurse practitioner not a Dr and I wanted to see someone else because I feel I should be able to develop a trust and mutual working relationship with any Dr I see. Currently looking for another Dr. I miss Dr Jannun!"
"I don't normally write reviews but I noticed there were a few bad ones here so I had to put in my two cents. I have only had good experiences here. I've never had to wait longer than I would at any other doctors' office. Dr. Lindsey Mangum is always extremely helpful. She listens to me and she's kind. Without her I would still be suffering and in pain. It's a great place and I do recommend it."
