"First day of moving in faucets leak, dryer does not dry, window sills have holes in them so the heat and AC goes right outside and drives your electric bill up, Garbage disposal didn’t work. Everyday you come home you see a new centipede on your wall, no place to park for family and guests. Put in maintenance requests for things to get fixed and they never come."

"Giving two star because the non-disclosed fees that were never mentions upon signing the lease. One being that you would have to sign an intent to vacate 120 days (4 months) before lease is up. If you fail to fill out the intent to vacate form that you never receive unless you ask, you will be required to pay $28.63 per day. They wont mention this form until the deadline has past (in my case 9 days). Then expect you to pay the amount. I would not recommend living here. Property managers are too greedy and fine you for any little thing. The only reason I am giving two stars is because Kevin (the maintenance guy) is really friendly."

"Pros: Cool building, good maintenance, reasonable price, quiet, solid construction and foundation. Cons: Office communication can be bad, 2-3 showings a week in your apartment during apartment hunting season, carpet (was not shown the exact unit and was told it had no carpet). Basically, take what the office staff say with a grain of salt, unless it's Cathy, she knows what she's doing."

"My time in the Armory Loft apartments has been fantastic! The management team is nothing but respectful, and maintenance is quick to respond. They send out neat little newsletters each month, put on special programs for everyone living here, and are just in general committed to the happiness of residents. The whole complex is extremely secure and well kept up! The one bedroom apartment is full of charm with huge windows and wooden floors."

"I loved living at the Armory! I lived there for 18 months while I finished my master's degree at Purdue and was more than pleased with my experience. Management and maintenance were fantastic - countless stories about how they went above and beyond my expectations. They were always available and friendly when I needed them. The building is secured and has video cameras and underground parking available. It's relatively quiet, but sometimes I could hear the people living above me. The only negative was the exercise facility - it's pretty bare on-site and there's no pool, but Hunter Lafayette properties allows you to use the facilities at their other apartment complexes in West Lafayette so that was nice! Definitely a great place to live."
