Williamsburg on the Lake Apartments

"I recently lived in one of their apartments and had a wonderful experience. The leasing office was extremely cooperative and understanding when my roommate unexpectedly left, and they immediately started looking for another tenant to take over the lease since I am only a student and couldn't afford the place by myself. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely backyard. The lake is massive and absolutely beautiful, making for some great views and peaceful walks. Overall, I had a great experience living there and would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful place to call home."

"Management is good. Maintenance is good. The best part about the apartment is the fenced in patio we have. The community is clean and well kept, free from trash. The apartment interiors could be updated for the price of rent we pay such as bath vanities and mirrors, tub and sink reglazes, etc. But overall I am very happy with the community and with my neighbors. The biggest downside of the apartment is that there is no washer and dryer in the 2 bedrooms and you have to go to another building to do laundry. That's not a lot of fun in the winter. I still give the community 5 stars though. We had a choice to live here or another community right down the street that did have a washer and dryer. Williamsburg had the BEST customer service and that is why we came here instead."

"6/27/19 Wonderful place to live. Office staff is caring and friendly. This is my 7th year here. However, I lived here for 2 years prior. The atmosphere is clean and nicely kept. My mother has been here for 26 yrs and she absolutely loves it. I now have my grandma living here on property as well, my sister-in-law, my sons godparents and my uncle is looking to move in around August of this year as well. The new office manager Beth has done a great job making sure the premises are prestige and she is very compassionate about the residents. I'm happy to call this home."

"Our living experience has been very well here. We live on the lake so we have a very good view. Managers are very pleasant and straight forward. They get things done . Maintenance get to our apartment in a timely manner and are polite. We have two dogs and they are even friendly towards the dogs. We appreciate the staff and all they do for us and the complex. Any one with a complaint should make it clear to management instead of not doing so and complaining . Managers are friendly and more less leave tenants alone unless they need to address you with an issue and will be nice about it . I'm sure they can get firm if needed. That's managing . I would say come live here and enjoy ."

"Reasonable rent, older buildings but we'll maintained. Very professional staff. This is a short (9 month) stopover before leaving Indiana for Arizona. Would recommend for the low rent, animal friendliness and professional staff."
