"Called for service and within a few hours maintenance showed up. These 2 guys came prepared and fixed everything fast, were very nice and professional. Left the area clean. Great service experience!"
"Response to my service call was very quick. Worker Ron, arrived about 15 minutes after I placed the call, Ron was very pleasant, wore his uniform and booties to protect my floors. He changed my ceiling lightbulb, explained how to reset an electrical outlet issue and replaced the lightbulb and replaced hallway lightbulb outside my front door. I’m very pleased with his service. I congratulate The Lakes Of Valparaiso on hiring such a good worker."
"I can’t praise the office and maintenance staff at LOV enough. When told that my refrigerator was not working, Sabrina sent help immediately. Derrick did a great job troubleshooting, and after determining that the unit was not fixable ensured that I had a new unit the next day. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Chris was very helpful as well!"
"There’s so many awesome things about the Lakes of Valparaiso I can’t begin to list them all. It’s a Saturday and I needed a light bulb replaced. I placed a maintenance order assuming that it would be taken care of on Monday. With in 15 minutes of placing the order maintenance was knocking on the door to replace the bulb. Maintenance is always polite and gets the job done. Anytime I have any questions or concerns the awesome office staff always makes me feel good and takes care of whatever the concerns are right away. #lovethelife"
"Maintenance was immediate to respond to my call about my issue. I love that boot covers were put on without request to keep my place clean. He listened and took care of the repair. I was very happy."
