"I’ve been a yogi for the last several years & truly love all of the instructors and atmosphere at The Yoga Hive:) It’s conveniently located on Main St in #OldeTowneDaphne and locally-owned & operated:) My favorite is Hot Yoga, which as a long-distance runner, has been a great addition to my training schedule to avoid injury…you sweat out toxins and leave feeling re-born! Seriously…check it out! And best part of all— yoga is a judgment-free practice and always open to beginners & first-timers.
