"I started seeing Dr. Hampton after my sister began seeing him a couple of years ago. Flash forward to 2021 and now he is the primary care physician of my mother, three sisters, and my fiance. Dr. Hampton and his staff are incredibly kind, caring, and very understanding. I have had many doctors in the past and Dr. Hampton is by far the most helpful, most professional, and is a very good listener. "My name is Janice Parnell...I actually don't want to rate this doctor but his staff. I made an appointment over a month ago. The rep. gave me the wrong app time and wrong address. I finally figured out the right address with the help of the receptionist, called the office and informed them of the mistake, told Dr Hampton's receptionist what had happened and that I could be there in 5 min but all I was told that I couldn't be seen anymore because I was 15 min late. Forget the fact that someone in their office messed up, or that I had waited over 6 weeks for the appointment or even that I had missed work. No empathy or apology. I will not be joining the community family I will stay with IU. There is always an issue with Community Networks, they just lack in customer service and that's a big deal for me."
