"This place is terrible at communication. David Williams will not look you in the eyes during your appointment. Short and sweet visit with little to no resolution until the next copay. And yes, the walls are as thin as a previous review suggested. Pray you don’t need to be in touch with the doctor or nurse, as you will not receive a call back. Look anywhere else for health care. You deserve it"

"VERY Disappointing, I won't be going back. Front office staff was friendly and professional. But... 1) THIN WALLS. I could hear the consult in the room next door just sitting in my chair. A patient was being treated for hypertension and leg pain. Thankfully, no names were used, but if they had been - I would have heard it. 2) Dr. David Williams walks into the room wearing sneakers, baggy blue jeans, a golf shirt, and a crusty looking baseball cap. But hey, he's got a stethoscope around his neck, so I guess everything is OK. Have our professionals stopped dressing professionally? 3) At the close of my appointment, with the door wide OPEN, Dr. Williams standing in the hall loudly proclaims that he will work on my referral for a colonoscopy. So now everyone else knows. HIPAA? Need to know? Common courtesy and privacy? 4) Did not wash his hands upon entry, did not wash his hands when exiting, and I don't recall hearing him washing his hands in the room with the patient next door just before my appointment. Between the lack of BASIC aseptic technique, insensitive privacy practices, and a "Friday night at the bar" presentation, I won't be going back."

"I was a patient of Dr. Cynthia Williams who deserves a 5 star, but the office manager at this office has dismissed me as a patient with no notice and has left me without my medications, all because I had a small balance on my account which I always pay when I come back in the office to get my refills. Now I am left without a doctor for months. I now will be getting frequent migraines which will cause me to loose work and if I can't find a doctor soon and maybe my job. So thanks for that! Doctors are great here but like most places managed by incompetent and soulless people."
