"Very similar situation to the previous reviews. I can’t get a return call from the office ‘manager’ Kim Foot. I’ve left five messages to no avail. I retired from the health insurance industry and dealt with some very poorly managed facilities throughout my career, but this one wins a prize! Why would the people in charge of this facility want this reputation and someone like this running their company! Will notify my doctor to quit recommending this facility as well as filing a complaint with the better business bureau."

"Scam artists as noted in the previous review. I was told I would be charged $10 for the disc and report of my MRI and I agreed but it was never given to me. I have never been charged for a copy of my MRI or report from anywhere before and I have probably had 15 or more. Usually they give you a copy as part of your appointment. I would not recommend this place."

"Don’t go here unless you have the thousand of dollars to pay up front. I had to have major surgery and due to labs, tests, scans, and hospital and doctor bills, I owe multiple places a lot of money for my almost $7,000 insurance maximum out of pocket. I’ve been dealing with multiple places over the last several months, and I am trying to set up payment plans and pay what I owe because I am responsible. This place told me they don’t take payment plans and that I’ve already had three months to pay it. I tried to explain my situation and they clearly did not care.The two people I spoke to spoke to me as if I were beneath them. I asked to speak to the person in charge and am pretty sure I was purposely hung up on. I called back and spoke to “person in charge” who told me finally that I could set up a payment plan of three payments but that she would be charging me an additional $16.50 for every payment. This is for an account that was three months old. These people were unreasonable and ridiculous. I have never heard of a medical facility that would not even try to work with a patient trying to pay her bill without trying to charge her more. I tried to explain to her that not everyone expects to have an MRI and does not necessarily have thousands of dollars to throw at at them immediately. I finally just put the entire amount on my card so I never had to deal with them again. In addition, my doctor, who is a well-known surgeon and his nurse practitioner were really disappointed with the scans and had a hard time reading them and mentioned that they didn’t do all the views that were needed, so I also ended up having to pay for an additional scan elsewhere. I would avoid this place if at all possible. It was a real disappointment!"
