"I'm going to start this review by saying that what led me to Optum care, in particular Dr Sabrina Williams was the fact that due to insurance changes I lost my PCP that had been my PCP for over 6 years. it took me about a 2-month process even to get to the point of selecting her , and even then I guess I just liked her name as part of the other reason. the main and major reason was her office was located right next door to my residence. I am a spiritual person most of the time and so I rely on faith in a lot of my decision making because of some of my conditions I have to rely on my faith more than many. I believe I had read a review that even as I write this I went back to try to find to reference and could not find it but I recall my personal care assistant reading it to me when the person was saying that Dr Sabrina seemed to be off putting with certain patients and I believe that gentleman felt like him in particular however I'll just go ahead and fast forward to on my first visit. Dr Sabrina came into the examining room stayed in there for all of about 5 minutes did not even physically touch me, when I say physically touch me she performed no exam, she didn't listen to my heart, she didn't look into my ear, or perform any of the blood pressure/ temp... she sat across from me looked at computer notes ; & just wasn't very personable at all then left the room. This was around the end of the summer of last year , & as of 2 months ago I was "fired"/ terminated from her medical office and I know for a fact that that was done solely based on a voice message that I left stating how unhappy I was with the treatment that I have received or not from her. kind of like this Google review that I am leaving. Yet more so very sorely disappointment in how I have been treated the last time I did make my appointment. I stand by the theory that for anyone to build a relationship with their primary care physician how can they state that they're your physician but never not one time speak to or even look at you? I'm a person that I'm healthy overall as far as not having high blood pressure, diabetes issues etc. only My physically are mainly neurological, stroke/ tbi that cause me daily barriers but I still make it a point to want to be seen by my primary care doctor at least one time a month just to stay on top of any changes so they can help regulate and manage with me! The fact that my health is important to me and the fact that even going in the office I would see Dr Williams & she would not even speak! I'm suggesting if you come from where I'm from and you're used to having a relationship with your primary care physician that you can be honest, open, & communicate well with..she is not fir you! I would not recommend going to their office outside of that there was only one office staff person that was ever kind and that's the first person usually that you would come in and would greet you. I would be disappointed when I didn't see her because the other older Hispanic lady would fill in at the front desk was extremely rude very ill mannered, and not user friendly .. in my opinion as is Dr Williams! I stand by this message and I approve it"

"Nice, clean facility. Professional Staff. No wait appointments. I switched to Optum when I had a medical concern. They were able to get me in the next day when my regular doctor wanted to do a video conference after I requested an in person appointment."
