"Complete waste of time and money. Doctor said she’d contact me with a treatment plan once bloodwork and testing back and I NEVER heard from her. Given antibiotics and steroids by another physician at a different office. Beware of this office."

"Took my daughter in there to be seen and was told she just has the common cold but I knew it was more. I took her somewhere else the next morning and turns out she has Strep, Scarlet Fever and an ear infection. The lady at deaconess did not take her time looking my daughter over and refused to test her because it “didn’t look bacterial”. Awful experience and I’m glad I listened to my gut."

"Wasn't optimistic based on bad reviews but my experience was just the opposite. Called to inquire about wait, receptionist Brittany was nice as well when when she signed me in. Nurse Tara and NP Karen were nice as well and not rushed to get rid of me. Zero complaints."

"The people were very rude and had zero concern for patients. The nurse practitioner was nice, so I want to make that clear. They need better staff. They did not allow my husband to have me go back with him as his advocate when it is on his files that he has trouble remembering things they say to him. She rudely told me she would write it down, then closed the door, which she didn’t write anything down in the end either. He came out confused as to what they told him to do. I am so frustrated about this. It means his safety and health and they don’t care. I told the lady at the window that there were some circumstances that made it mandatory that a patient has his or her advocate to go back with them. The fact she would write things down was not the point, sometimes they need to have someone answer questions for them or relay information to the doctor. This was so wrong on all counts. When I asked for a phone number to complain, the lady told me she didn’t work there much and didn’t know a number. In the end she finally magically found a number for me to call. Needless to say, I am outraged with this clinic and will never be back."
