"To put it simply, they're slumlords. Through and through. We have a moldy hole in our ceiling that's been there since before we moved in, and nothing. Before we moved in, they had painted over it, and said the black stuff was "tar". It's black mold. And the paint layer fell off at the first big rain. My mom and I both have chronic illnesses, and should not be around black mold, but we cannot afford to move. They refuse to fix it, and have continued to refuse for 4 years. However, our next door neighbor barely moved out 2 weeks ago, they were kicked out for fixing their own stuff in the apartment, because the office wouldn't. We're forced to listen to the construction as they fix everything that's wrong with the next door apartment, knowing they've neglected ours for years. Not to mention, one of them at the office, Becky, tried to trick us into paying more rent than we were supposed to. We only got our money back because, luckily, the owner noticed. 1,944.44% more, to be exact. You do not want to live here. Find somewhere else."
