"I am a caregiver for a client that resides here and I have been to the office to complain about the noise above her nothing gets done I've called corporate nothing gets done I would not encourage anybody to live here because this is pathetic where's the consideration for others a child running continuously up until 12::45am and nothing is being done. Wow"
"If you can find another place do it. Was doing 6 month leases for 2 years, every new lease raised rent 5% but this last one raised it 28%. If you like AC this is not the place for you. Understandably they turn off AC in winter, however when I called today I was told the AC isn't meant to run below 50 and it gets below 50 at night and it has to stay that way for 7 days. Currently I have my fan taped in my open window, its still 20 degrees hotter then outside and if I run my dishwasher or do laundry that adds 5-10 degrees. Which means its a nice cool 80 degrees in here. I simply cannot wait for it to reach the 90s like it did last year. If you can find somewhere else, it'll save you mental energy."
