"Definitely a one star. Heather Lanning is very rude and unhelpful, I tried working with her but she is very unprofessional we left on a bad note because my utility bill was jacked up and I took further notice and action to why our bill quadrupled. I told her a case has been made on the matter. If she actually helps on this matter I will put the review down however no help has been done it will stay up and I will take further action to corporate because this is unfair. Please help on the issue!! My bill was high due to fail of inspection notices and not by resident usage! And they still do not want to credit this. Terrible management."

"The office lady is so rude!! Her name is Heather btw! She is very hateful! She is disrespectful to the children in the complex. She will cuss your kids playing outside. I seen and heard it myself and from other tents!! She lacks in the people skills department."

"This apartment was horrible. I lived here for 2 years and never had issues with the first 2 landlords. If I ever needed help they would help or do what they could. Stephanie the current landlord is horrible!! She was rude if I asked for help on something she would be rude about it and say no. Now I currently moved out and live with family because of how horrible that places was. No I’ve applied at a couple other places and they have tried and tried calling her to the reference and no answer. I’ve tried calling Canterbury and they hang up on me when I ask them to give them a call back. She’s just overall rude !!"

"Affordable, well maintained, larger Community, with numerous amenities. The Property has a Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, Basketball Basketball court, & a spacious Community Room as well. There is reserved parking at the Leasing Office & sufficient Resident & Guest parking accommodation. The Property Manager is warm, feeling & committed to maintaining the property appearance & the comfort of her Residents! Thank you for all that you do Carie!"

"I have lived here 2 years now with my young son, and everyone there has been so helpful. I was leaving my ex husband and was approved for an apartment asap. Whenever I have an issue with parking (some people park in my spot with a young son in winter, its rough) it was resolved really quickly. Repairs are always quick. They work with the section 8 program which is awesome. They also keep everything safe by weeding out any and all people that participate in drugs or have a lot of domestic issues. I love living here and feel safe. Would reccomend 10/10"
