"I was denied medication from one of the providers who’s name is Amy on numerous occasions. When I questioned her reasoning she said it was for her own personal beliefs. I don’t know if she didn’t like me because of race or what but it was obvious that she didn’t care for me. It is upsetting to me that I have to go to other places to receive the medical care that I need when I pay for a provider that can’t provide."

"Their telemarketers keep calling my parents trying to scam them. They use fake phone numbers and pretend they are with Medicare. They even called at 7:21 am. They refused to put my parents’ number on a do not call list. ( My parents are already on Indiana Do Not Call, so they should not be called in the first place)."

"New nursing staff extremely rude. I met them originally mid Jan picking up a 90 day prescription, they were unorganized and accidentally gave me the wrong dose at that time. No big deal, transitions can be complicated and they corrected the error on the spot. They must have failed to log it in because today when I called to refill my 90 day prescription they insisted I had never been there. I have no problem going through new process and exam for set up, and will be happy to do so, but the nurse continued to vehemently insist I had never been there. She argued and argued essentially calling me a liar listing all of the reasons I couldn’t have possibly been there before... yet I picked up THIS prescription mid Jan. when I first met the new staff and was introduced to the new procedures... Unbelievably poor customer service!!!!! Health care professionals should be compassionate not argumentative. Doubt I will ever get an apology for her behavior, I just hope she gets some training and gains some skills to learn how to properly interact with patients."
