"If I could give this a negative star rating I would, this place is absolutely the worst place to apply to, my wife and I have been dealing DAWN at the front desk for a little over 2 months now trying to apply here due to our low income and it has been the worst application process because not a single person tries to reach out to let you know what the status is and every time we get in contact with someone IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO TALK, our response is the same!! I have yet to hear back on an approval on whether I will have a place to live with my family or not and I’ve already paid the initial $40 for the application fee. So if you would like to pay for a service that you will never receive, APPLY HERE NOW LOL. You will be on here soon to complain about this too. Applewood apartments should be shut down for good!!! -20 STARS. I hope this helps someone to steer away from wasting their time."
