"Nice Apartment complex for affordable living. The process of getting into one of these apartments is not hard, get an application from the office located on the outside of the building (non human interaction) to wit there is an application fee that requires a money order that must all be sent to address on application. Usually hear something back from an office assistant in one day, never too long of a wait in the process. Great location, family friendly and caters to the Wa-nee community schools district with bussing."
