"My poor daughters home has halfass repairs and they are billing hud 1200 a month and giving these people the bare minimum they also short the electric allowance every month someone is keepimg money.in my opinion ...they have mice ,no lights in the stairways, electric issues nothing is fixed in a timely manner the tub was full of mold cause constant drips kids was sick couldn't even stay there!!!! Owner is out of Atlanta Georgia they are fixing the outside but WHATABOUT THE INSIDE where these people have to live with signed government leases. Treat them with some dignity please"

"I wouldn't typically do this but people need to know. Not only is this property still completely neglected the management company and the owners are not good. I was given next to no training but have years of experience so was busting my butt to try to get things in order and winging it most days but doing more than anyone has in months. The way some of these people are being forced to live is absolutely atrocious and I can attest to everything they say is true the mold the mice the roaches the falling ceilings no air conditioning 8 months worth of leases are expired and all of those residents are not recertified which is a requirement for this particular type of property. And because management did not do their job they're removing residents from the Section 8 program and they're now going to be responsible to pay their rent and don't even know it. resident files are completely mixed up with other resident files none of the files are in correct order they have failed every file audit because they are so messy. Residents paperwork has been lost over and over and over and then the management company is requiring them to refill things out when they already have. They're charging them for not reporting income but most of the time the residents did, it just was never recorded in their Software System and or the paperwork was misplaced so then they're just putting it back on the residents when really it's 100% the owners and the management company. Residents are required to report any income changes there's a stack of them hundreds deep I'm sure that the management company has not even entered to adjust people's income to keep them current. The compliance lady takes people's personal files home with her. That should never happen. They have had more than five property managers in the last year or two no one stays because it's such a disaster I was trying but I was forced out by the one owner Laurie for absolutely zero reasons. The crazy thing is I have accomplished more in the month that I was there then the management company that they're paying to manage it!! they are not managing it and the owners are for some reason not seeing it. Their compliance director should be fired for the way she has allowed those files to become as well as any other person who's touched that office no one has been doing their job at that property for well over a year at the very least. And don't get me started on all of the bills that are owed for that property South Bend utilities was over $11,000! They have disconnect notices from the power company for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars not being paid cleaning companies not paid security companies not being paid. They still owe hundreds of dollars if not thousands of dollars from 2022. They have bills that are now in collection because they're not paying them. How is this good management it makes zero sense I could have made that property a rockstar property their loss not mine!!"

"I would like to ask a question. What in the world are you guys doing with the money that you get from the tenants and from the government. People should feel comfortable in their home they should want to come home. Due to mice and roaches in people apartments and nothing is being in done. What need to be done is to call code enforcement and see what happens and call news 57 and expose them. Again what is going on with the funds that is giving from the government what is the office is doing with the money?"
