"Why are the receptionist so rude!? The doctors/nurse are fantastic and should be applauded for their efforts but the receptionists ruin your experience before you're even called back. If it's not them being absolutely no help at all in an urgent situation but they'll actually hang up on you if you have an opinion or anything to ask beyond getting your appointment date over the phone. I've never heard or seen this " stuck up I'm better than you " type of behavior before from any professional/physicians office whatsoever. The fact is if they can't help people navigate questions or concerns on the phone or in the office face to face in an appropriate manner with little or no stress caused to the patient themselves or their loved one without gossip (which you can hear them just fine after they get off the phone with patients because they speak loud about what just happened on the phone so loud in fact that you can hear the gossip in the patients individual rooms) they definitely shouldn't be in healthcare let alone in a position that demands communication with the patients. If they get better receptionists I may think about going back but I quit going because of all these factors it's a shame because the doctors are so wonderful."

"Drs Mahan, Bickel, and Muranaka are some of the best doctors we have here in Vincennes. We couldn't get more caring, concerned and fast acting to our needs. I am a diabetic and any injuries to an older person needs to be taken seriously to prevent any loss of that limb. Thank God I had great doctors in my corner who reacted and took care of me within 24 hrs. Thank you!!❤❤"
