"The phone doesn't ring there it rings in Marion and the wait times are extremely long. This is a disservice to veterans needing to relay a message to their care team. This is unsatisfactory !!!"

"The older blonde hair lady at the front desk has to go. This morning I watched and listened to her get short and irritated with several elderly veterans. One guy got so frustrated with her, he threw up his hands and walked off. She had no interest in helping him with his question or finding the right answer or person for him to talk to. The rest of the staff is great, helpful and acknowledged that they know she is rude to clients but they are short handed. It truly made me cringe listening to the way that lady treated folks. Its people like her that make the VA system look bad and make people like myself not want to return."

"They are very respectful and its clean but if you have a possible ruptured disk in your back look for it to take 6+ months to get nothing done and little help to find options to help. I also said I can't do pain pills I want to find the problem out and get options but instead I was giving opioids to numb the pain and raise my depression while trying to make me addicted to them."

"I have only been to Vincennes VA outpatient a few times. But each time I have been to the facility, I have been treated with respect. The receptionists were very kind, respectful and helpful. I gave them 4 stars because everyone has room for improvement, no matter who you are. Keep up the good work Vincennes VA."
