"Daycare called me said my son was in pain and possibly had pink eye. I came at 525 to check him in at convenient care and they turned us away claiming they “had too many patients” I looked around and there was NOBODY in the waiting room and went outside and there wasn’t hardly any vehicles in the parking lot. They close at 645…can’t tell me they couldn’t have seen him. Felt like I was being lied to. Now my son is risking being in pain tonight because they refused to see him and give him the eye drops he needed."
"My wife Sandra Feltt went to the convenient care clinic for a uti on Sunday afternoon. We received the results today of the Cultures obtained on Friday which revealed a resistance to cipro, the antibiotic prescribed by her provider. It was sensitive to several common antibiotics. They declined to check her in and take a history. If they had, they would have noted she has had previous life threatening uti with sepsis. She is uncomfortable, but no fever so far. If she becomes febrile, she will go to the er. To say that we are disappointed in her lack of care with this visit is an understatement. More to follow."
"Staff was rude, when I called for a COVID test the lady confirmed my number 4 times with me and STILL got it wrong... When I called back to ask why five different cars that got there after us went first they said its because my number wasn't working and that they would be happy to check me in but I'd have to wait another 30 minutes. I asked why I couldn't go now and they said its because they only have three people on staff... I don't care if you have three people on staff, its basic customer service. This is why no one wants to go to Good Sam and any of its little clinics any more because they are so rude, unprofessional, and lazy.."
