"Basketball court is dangerous with drop off ledges at the edge of the court just waiting to cause an injury if you actually try to play. Both hoops need replaced one leaning so far clearly is not right. With the size of community and rent charged it should at least be safe and usable."
"While I can’t speak for everyone, I’ve had a pleasant experience here so far. My building is relatively quiet, maintenance fixes our issues within 1-2 days of putting in a fix ticket, and the apartment itself is a comfy size for the price. Edit: it WAS nice. Our neighbor has now decided they wanna blare music at 3-4am. I actually work for a living, so that’s kinda unacceptable to deal with."
"Fairly priced, new owners are keeping the property up well. We have new floors in our apartment. Appliances are pretty cheap though. Dishwasher doesn’t wash dishes well, we usually just hand wash everything. Maintenance is very proactive though, for a non-emergency request they’re usually there the next day still."
"Mike Cooper went above and beyond in order to make sure our sink was totally fixed right away. He was kind, professional, and provided an excellent and very swift fix to the issue. It was done so quickly and well that I was able to make my daughter's birthday dinner and cake that same evening with no issues at all. It was so very, very much appreciated. He really did an excellent job. Thank you so much, Mike! ☺️"

I appreciate Mona, and Cooper and the rest of the maintenance staff for supporting me over the years. Life isn't easy, but I honestly can't wait to come home every night.
