"Very gentle and kind to her patients and respectful to her staff and patients. Listens to her patients as individual people. Doesn’t act like God like the old times. Last time I was at her office, I could tell by her body language she was in pain. I’m gonna surmise it’s her back.hurting from her gait.Still she continues to work as she really tried hard not showed via body language that she’s in pain. Sign of a person with a strong nature that should be commended for a job well done. For several years now people love to criticize and report negative or preceded or made up synario. Unfortunately it makes some people feel better re themselves whether honest or not. Just to see someone else fall. That’s very sad.. So I’m making a point to give cudos which Dr. Savino cause she deserved it. We all need a pat on the back from time to time. A suggestion: you can buy on line receipt book designated for cudos or pats on back, where you can tear a copy for her and if this is book with carbon copy kept in her file, or type that would show up in her personal file and give that staff a copy of what you wrote about her with the support of her staff. People tend to focus on any negative real or forget the positive and good deeds .So sad. It’s a nice and possibly a job savor when you go to someone’s files and all those cuddles are there . As a retired nurse how appreciative I was and warm fuzzy when my Head Nurse handed me that fuzzy in writing, I felt so moved that the staff I was with that night went to share with our supervisor . There’s so much injustice against people who need to be praised and not persecuted and their reputation put on the line as well their job which could and will effect her family negatively which could include kids, aged parent, only bread winner in that home. Of course everyone has a bad day at times but these people somehow maintain their cool. I know this is a long reply but I’m really hoping you’ll look into this. There’s so little good in the world today. Giving a written cudos and placed in her chart. Sometimes the employer would give a day or part of a day off with pay as a show of an appreciation when certain number cudos is reached. Another way to show your appreciations for a job well done. I apologize for the long text I also apologize for the many typos I’m sure you’re fine (hahahaha) Irma"

"Unprofessional!! Met her on 11/23. She says I'm sorry I don't have time for you but if I treat you for other things I have to charge you extra. Tells me all about her and other doctor's friends.but No time for me to say why I am there she can spend all her time talking about herself and still charge me. She ordered a Rx w/o blood work to see if I needed it or even at what dosage. Says we'll check it in 3 months to see how it reads. What are you going to compare it to? I'm not given an order for labs. She doesn't say go get labs. She says to come back in 3 months. I was also referred to 2 different doctors. It took 2 weeks for that office to call me. They both called the same day but this office said they had been trying to call me. This office messed up and tried to blame me for it. The office staff changes 2 to 3 times in less than 2 weeks. 1/24 she yells at me about the Rx I take she doesn't prescribe. It falls on her. She walked out of the room so many times a few seconds each time. Then on top of it, she doesn't even discuss the reasons I was there. She was too busy yelling at me and walking out on me unprofessionally. I've since used the portal to find out about this rx I need and her name isn't on there to send any information to. I said I want my stuff done in Indy and she says I need to go to Ft Wayne.. no I don't. All our doctors are in Indy except PCP. For some reason, she tells me she can lose her job for the medication I take. She's responsible. The prescribing physician is responsible. I called each one of them to tell them these things and they all said she's wrong. My husband can't his meds filled or refilled within a timely manner. It shouldn't take multiple calls. Doctors aren't what they used to be. She was so pleasant the first time. Personable. This time she was not the same person by any means. The only real reason I'm posting this is b/c apparently there are others experiencing the same thing. (That was told to me at another Dr. Office.) But don't come at me about rx I've taken years before I met her. And don't walk out in anger or whatever you were doing for those few seconds.. never had an experience like that ever with any Dr. She got so sidetracked over it she couldn't finish my appointment. Never have i ever gone to PCP and they not check your heart. Nose ears eyes. . Nope that didn't happen. Blood pressure and oxygen was it. There isn't enough space to tell it all actually."

"Dr. Savino is a very kind person who takes time to listen to you as the patient. I ask her to please slowly since I do not hear well. She seams to be a caring person. I feel we got off to a good start- blood tests which I need."

"This doctor is very 'one track minded' and I felt like she was having difficulty understanding my concerns. I explained I see an endocrinologist for my type one diabetes, but she insisted on going over my blood test results. Her recommendations did not match those of my endocrinologist."
