"Be careful with what they say as far as cost and verify after your visit. I was told my visits would cost 20 dollars after insurance. The first one was and the rest thereafter were 125 after insurance paid. 5 visits totaled 3k.. I wouldn’t also recommend as the therapist stand around and talk, don’t really engage in what you’re doing. They’ll have you ride a bike and expect you to do the same exercises each visit on your own every time you go. There’s an evaluation therapist that does your initial evaluation and they were extremely caring and knowledgeable but the rest are up for grabs, which makes me not recommend this place. The one thing I did like were the massage treatments but you can get that from a professional message therapist with better care at a cheaper cost. If you’re around, go to Woodlawn in Rochester. All around, better experience and staff that evaluate you weekly."
"Everything about the care at Ivy Rehab is exceptional. The atmosphere is encouraging and friendly, the therapists are helpful and concerned with my specific needs. They go out of their way to make sure I am reaching my therapy goals. The staff at the desk are pleasant and considerate. They do a great job of coordinating my appointments to meet the needs of my schedule. I've never had to wait to be seen and they always make me feel welcome.
