"I have lived here almost 2 years. The management is wonderful. The maintenance is great. I have no complaints about this place would recommend it to anyone"
"Have lived here for just over a year now. Have had several issues with the maintenance people. My thermostat for the HVAC quit working and I wound up having to put in a new maintenance request every week for almost 6 weeks, when they finally came to replace it they spent more time outside smoking cigarettes than they did actually working. My wife and I have noticed on several occasions where the front office staff and the maintenance men were just hanging out in the office instead of working. Recently the office staff has been breaking the rules of no alcoholic beverages in the pool. Would not recommend renting from here if you expect the office staff and maintenance people to actually do their job. If you don’t have a problem waiting almost a month for any of the issues in your apartment to get fixed by the maintenance guys then this is your place to live."
"Applied for an apt. Only reason to think they might have a problem is left an apartment before the lease because of work, I did keep my end of paying until a new tenet was found. They told me not to even bother putting it down because so short, I thought great. Never heard back, thinking how they didn't concern of the leaving the one apartment and also not even a question or two why, I am fairly they knew I wasn't getting the place. Was it because of leaving early or already had someone picked?? They just wanted the application fee"
"We lived in the duplexes of Frontier Drive for over 5 years. There was a lot to enjoy. The townhouse had an open plan that made ti feel spacious. There is a low density of apartments in this circle so it's quiet with low traffic. While there was the typical apartment turnover a number of residents were long term giving a sense of neighborhood. At one point we thought about moving so I didn't have to drive 25 miles each way to work but could not find anything we liked better. Overall an enjoyable experience."
"My husband and I have lived here for almost 8 months and we love it. We live in the duplexes. Laura specifically has been amazing, but everyone in the office, we have come in contact with, has been very helpful and very professional. We plan to be here for a very long time."
