"Still hoping they can help but the lady on the phone was so incredibly unhelpful it was like she just WANTED to tell me they can't help. Literally told me staff at MC CAN help with paperwork but then turned around and said they probably won't help me since I just moved and will want me to schedule with my "current providers" which, I told her multiple times are IN ARIZONA so how am I supposed to do that? She had no answer and did not offer to do any kind of research or ask anyone anything. Just said I'm "welcome to try an appointment or go to the ER which probably won't help" (not as easy as it sounds since the nearest minute clinic is 40min from me one way) and having worked at a call center for over 3yrs I would never treat someone so poorly when they are asking for help. I certainly hope there is a bit more compassion for the next person."

"***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** I went in for a blood test, they took the blood, then I was told a couple days later the "lab didn't have enough and would need more" which was fine. What's not, is the fact they charged me twice! They literally charged me for two damn tests when it was their fault they didn't take enough to begin with! That was hundreds of dollars! They didn't even tell me it was going to cost more, just said the lab needed more blood (didn't really give me an option to say no). Screw you unethical, immoral, and corrupt people. I hope your business fails."
