"Had a friend who was renting from this place it seems all right parking can be a little tight if the only spots that are open are in front of the garages (parking by permit-only) and I guess next year they are raising the rent ... everybody's jumping on the bandwagon, except for the little guy."
"I've lived here for 6 years with no problems. The previous manager and the present manager have both been very nice. I have great neighbors who are friendly, and I feel very safe in this neighborhood. I think the apartments are pretty decent, and I appreciate being able to have my own washer and dryer, and not having to go to a laundry mat."
"We absolutely love it here we moved here in April and it's been amazing quiet a few bumps and bangs from upstairs but that's to be expected the landlord is incredibly sweet and everyone pretty much keeps to their selves I love the view at night of the pond and love watching sunsets and sunrises from our balcony. If I had to make one complaint it would be the pond could be cleaner but that's just me nit picking it has been great here."
"Started living here in February. Quiet and safe. Maintenance is extremely fast from my experience. And the manager Tharra is AMAZING."
"5 stars just because of the landlord Karma. Best ever. I was off work while fulfilling my military commitment for a few weeks. The military ended up undercutting my pay and upon return, couldn't pay rent for a few more weeks. Explained to Karma, she understood and told me to pay when possible. No additional charges at all."
