"Been renting from them for three years. We had an issue at first but other than that everything has been ok until now. My tub had a leak. The water wouldn’t shut off we called maintenance to come and fix it and he did something and now my water doesn’t get hot in the tub or stay hot. When I called Ashely at the front desk stated that the maintenance main stated that he told my husband that you have to let the water run for awhile for it to get hot. Well I let the water run for 30 mins goes from like warm to cold. Next 45mins it’s cold. And then Friday after I got home from work I let the water run for 30 mins it went from lukewarm to cold. So for 3 days we have been having to take lukewarm showers. When I called Friday Ashley stated that they would have to reach out to maintenance again to see if there are any other options or anything they could do. Really I pay $1050 a month for rent and yall have to see what yall can do to fix the hot water in the tub that your maintenance person messed up. The water was fine until he came and tried to fix the faucet. I also have a video from Friday when I let the water run. My husband turned the water on today and it got a little warmer than it was for 5mins and than it was cold again. So, we now have barely hot water to shower in and nobody wanted to do anything about it. Update: had to pay someone to come in and look at my tub because we haven’t heard anything from them. I guess they decided to come and fix their mistake. The guy who “fixed” the tub set the little switch on the side of faucet to cold instead of hot."

"The senior manager Tony is unprofessional and have a nasty attitude. Ashley that answers the phone is very nasty in her delivery and unprofessional. The company wants to take your money and send unlicensed people that does not speak any English to complete jobs that they are unskilled to do. Everyone's needs to be retrained in their position. There should not be such a high turnover of tenants. I noticed that every that has put a review is saying the same experience. Slumlords they are with a capitol S."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. I moved in 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems. I got into an argument with Brad mistina about them not fixing my gate because I couldn't let my dog outside. He then stalked my house and waited til I went to work to call animal control because I had my dog chained so she wouldn't get out. Then threatened me with coming into my home for an inspection a month after I moved in because I called him incompetent. Don't ever rent from this place. They will make your life miserable"
