"Frauds an scammers will lie an steal just because they can. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Can't even control the heat was given a show room apartment cables hanging an Internet cable cut. Maintenance lying about fixing things when they don't step foot in the apartment. The front office is ran by children who can't conduct business. Getting upset with your residents because your not doing your job right. If people are complaining fix it so it won't be a problem. Then you won't have complaints."

"Been here for a year and a half and I can’t wait to leave. Maintenance has been on and off but for the past couple of months they’ve been great. The office never answers the phone. At this point I call right before I go up there just because I know the office isn’t busy and they still don’t pick up the phone. I have the all hardwood floor apartment and I’ve come to hate the layout. Heat vents are in every room but the AC is ONLY in the living room so everywhere else gets super hot in the summer. We had to buy a window AC just to get some circulation. I also don’t like that everything is just painted over because it’s such a thick layer, can’t even close the bedroom door and barely the bathroom door. They do have plenty of space and this is a nice location but I don’t think it’s worth the price. I can’t even switch apartments without a $300 fee on top of the $1100* rent we already pay. And I haven’t even talked about the problems with rent payments smh. Plus no matter the weather someone always has their dog on the balcony to bark and beg to be let back in all night. Recently it was just below freezing!"

"Ms. Marcie Ever since I have been here she is always pleasant and courteous as well as attentive. I had some things happen in my unit a couple of times and she has always advocated for me. My experience with Marcie has always been good. She's honest and fair Very attentive to clients I have watched her with other tenants and she is always problem solving. They should have like here. I am still here because of her."
