"This place is so amazing! I came to Columbus to tour an apartment and just wasn’t a fan of the first apartment I had toured. I remembered seeing this one online and im from Springfield so I was like let’s just call and see if we can tour while we’re already in Columbus! I called and Jenny got me in right away. She took her time and went through everything with me and then toured me the apartment. The apartment they have set up is stunning! I walked through the door and fell in love instantly. It’s so spacious, so open, so clean and I just loved it all! My husband and I moved in back in November and this is our first place we’ve ever had on our own and we absolutely love it. We’ve only been here for a little over two months and already know we want to renew our lease! The staff is amazing! They are all so nice and so loving. The maintenance is great. I had a couple incidents my sink got clogged but not something that is there fault and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. It’s so quiet around here. Other than the train, but that doesn’t bother me. It’s so close to everything in Polaris, but yet your still back in the more private area and it’s not busy where the apartment is. The price is up there, but it is worth every penny! They have so much to do in free time like a pool, hammock garden, grilling area, a clubhouse with a fitness center & so many things! Everything is also very modern. I would 100% recommend living here. I’m so happy I found this place that makes me feel so at home!"

"Amazing facilities, beautiful spacious apartments, but its the most amazing staff that sets The Thomas apart. When my boyfriend and I first walked into our apt the previous tenants had left it in very rough shape. The property managers and maintenance teams did an amazing job of helping us fix every issue. They worked very quickly in order to accommodate our move out date from our previous apt. We are so happy to call The Thomas our home."

"The Thomas is one of the best apartments in the Columbus area. It is equipped with modern and smart locks/light features. It offers free nonstop Starbucks coffee everyday and pool side is amazing in summer with barbecue grills. Maintenance is always there when you need them(Byron is an awesome guy). Location is perfect and close to eateries and shopping malls. Really enjoyed my stay here. Had to move because I found a house. Highly recommend this apartment."

Brand new apartments with a very accommodating and friendly staff who go above and beyond for us. Maintenance always shows up super fast and gets the job taken care of.
