"Between car break ins and the horrific mold especially in the attic spaces inside the walls. Most unprofessional people ive ever rented from. Anything berkshire Hathaway is GARBAGE. they are theives. Keep all rent reciepts if you dont pay online. They like to play like you didn't pay for a random month way after the month passes, like they would ever let that happen anyway.. This was the worst desision to rent from Berkshire. Id live in my car before renting anything anywhere from these awful people."

"Constant issues with things breaking, ac leaking and ruining the carpet, infested with stink bugs(more than it should be), and maintenance never comes when they're supposed too. Dont plan on putting any decorations in the front yard we had lights along the walk way, and they kept getting destroyed finally saw why maintenance mowed right over them. Absolutely no respect for your belongings. The ac leaked so bad I had to soak up the water with my shampooer for almost a week before they finally came. The ac and wall behind the ac had so much mold they had to replace the whole unit and that was almost 2 years after living there and breathing in the mold."
"They will tell you you're evicted, and make you surrender your keys. Then the manager "J" will tell you that you have to continue paying rent. Sounds illegal to me."
