"I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been a tenant here almost 4 years and my biggest issue is their maintenance and how they operate. They claim to have “emergency” maintenance which is supposed to be outside of office hours. However, those requests still get ignored and they pretty much close out maintenance requests in their system that they don’t even address. I have a large family including special needs children and we cannot even properly use our toilet because it’s clogged (granted someone came and fixed it the first time but it just clogged right back up) and I’ve called and called for emergency maintenance services and they have yet to respond. As fast as they are ready to penalize a tenant for late rent or anything that has to do with money, should be the same swiftness they move with when it comes to providing maintenance to these poor units. I’ll be so glad when my lease is up. Being a tenant here is a headache!"

"UPDATE!!!!! RAT IN PIC! My niece and great niece stay here and just had a mouse run across here foot and towards her daughter. When speaking with Ashley today she was very ignorant and told her she “did not put them there and that she will have someone come out and spray “ when my niece let her know that from inspecting her cabinets she seen that her apartment is infected with them and that she has a two year old and worried she will eat the poop or get bit by one of them and that she will be contacting a lawyer, Ashley then told her that “they will remove her from their property”. What Ashley don’t understand is we are contacting the Health department and will be suing the whole company if anything happens to my nieces. She asked to get out the lease and was told she couldn’t but if she sue they will “remove her” and we will sue you for that too ASH!"

"When I first moved in the place wasn’t cleaned, everything just looked painted over. I looked past it because I needed a place to stay & I cleaned it myself. While unpacking I start seeing roaches so I called & texted asking for something to be done, they came and sprayed once. The roaches slowed down but never stopped coming. My mom noticed mouse poop but I didn’t think anything of it because I never seen anything until a mouse ran across my feet & towards my daughters. After that we’ve been hearing scratching from the mice. I have a two year old daughter, we can’t even get out of bed without wondering is something is going to run past our feet. There’s also black mold that keeps growing even after I clean it. I called & spoke with the property manager about getting out of the lease but she was very ignorant, nonchalant, & basically told me there was nothing she could do besides have pest control come out which they’ve already done. She told me that it was coming from my neighbor but that he’s moving out so this issue was known about prior to me moving here. I will be contacting corporate & I will be contacting the health department & I also have pictures & screenshots."

"I recently applied for a unit here and only heard back from them because I called them on multiple occasions. I gave a little insight on my situation and was told to apply online as well as my co-signer. Nakia I believe her name was gave the bare minimum info and sounded very uninterested in handling the call. We applied. Paid 100$ in app fees. No contact for almost 2wks. I called again and Nakia said “oh I contacted your co-signer because it looked as if they applied alone. Which doesn’t make sense because even if so you didn’t contact me. “Nor did she contact my co-signer”. Days later I received an approval email That contained my clean credit and rental report as well as tenant portal info. I called to see when I need to bring in the deposit I was told that she don’t know why whomever sent me that email because they needed more stubs they didn’t want to accept my bank statement for my cash income. or 1st and last mth rent. I sent over the stubs and was told I’m denied because my co-signer don’t show 6xs the rent and I was slightly below the 3. Today I seen 2 more units moving out. Maybe this was a blessing because the ones from a mth ago are also still vacant. I’m not mad at their rules it was just a little tacky. I’m just writing this review mainly because of the false approval. That was a bummer!."
