"OMG!!!! I absolutely cannot say enough about one of your employees, Cindy at the Mobile branch on Cottage Hill!!! It’s because of people like her is why I LOVE Tyndell! I’ve been dealing with her & Tyndell for almost 10 years!! I purchased a car today & the dealership I bought it from was trying to increase the price on the car! Well, Cindy wasn’t going for that!!! "Sherkeitha Mason at the Mobile, Alabama location has been such a huge help. I called over the phone to find out the process on refinancing my auto loan I wasn’t even sure if I was going to use Tyndall or not. She answered all my questions with such eagerness to help and emailed me over the paperwork making the entire process so easy. Not only did she get me approved but for a significantly lower rate. My car note has went down $100+ a month. A few weeks later, I called to get some help on setting up auto payments and she walked me through the whole process and got me set up in minutes. I am so impressed with her chipper attitude and willingness to help. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I will highly recommend her to my friends for any future auto loans/ refinancing."
