"I have been going there for about 3 years now maybe 4 and they are getting better about getting you out of there. When it's time to pick up glasses they are very quick my kids receive their glasses within a week. Only problem I have is with the young lady that gives you the glasses she doesn't ever check to see if they fit and need adjustments she just walks away. I had to call her back and her my daughter needed her glasses tightened after I heard her breathe hard. I was through. Couple of days ago they are loose again. What's the point of bringing them if she wasn't gonna check n see if they fit. Which they never fit that's why I have them adjust them. It's just rude to not wait on the customer to make sure they customer is good instead she just walks away instead of making sure the glasses fit right. Hopefully when I come back in the next year she knows what to do cause not many people are going to take that rudeness."

"Dr. Rob (Moses), is always a great doctor but today he went above and beyond. First,let me start by telling you there was a medical emergency there that involved a young man experiencing light headedness and confusion...Dr. Rob called EMTs and took his vitals and spoke with him while waiting for the EMTs. This young man was mentally challenged and I guess he had told Dr. Rob he'd had trouble with people saying mean things to him. Dr. Rob explained to him that he's seen him over the years and knows he's a good person and to ignore what those people had said because their opinion didn't matter. It was heart warming to witness the concern Dr. Rob had! I was there with my husband and our 2 sons all for appointment for glasses. My husbands glasses broke and he was in contacts that were *old* Dr. Rob told him he didn't want him to not be able to see correctly and worried about the health of his eyes so he gave him a free set of contacts to wear until his glasses came in. Honestly Dr. Rob did even more for us but I want to just simply get across that Dr. Moses Senior started this practice because he cares about his patients and this community...Dr. Rob is doing an amazing job continuing the same legacy. Thank you and I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to go here!!!"

"I’ve been doing business with Moses for years as of recent I have experienced very bad service. I ordered a pair of glasses in March and they messed up my order. Glasses where sent back to lab here it is July 21 and I’m just now finding out they are ready for pick up Moses never contacted me. I go pick up my glasses which where sunglasses originally only for the lenses to not be sunglasses. So here I go again they have to send the glasses back which by the time I get them it will be September leave it up to moses."

"My experience with Robert J Moses was the worst day in my life at this office. I will never return or do business with this company. Or refer anyone there. I was treated like a person who's been on welfare not downing anyone but like I was Nothing. The way I was embrass every one in the lobby heard him I'm sure. No way a doc or whatever the status should treat a patient that way. He humiliated me to the fullest for something that his employees did."
