"The service here is extremely poor! They claim they have friendly service at this facility, but the ladies at the front desk are no where near friendly or welcoming AT ALL. They asked me for my general information at my first visit, then put my number in the system wrong. They claim they called to let me know my appointment date moved but i didn't get that message because they dialed the wrong number. They then changed the date for me to see someone to the 12th of September when i been waiting to see someone about my mental health since June! If i could leave 0 stars i would! They're not in the business of caring for people, if they were i wouldnt be having to go to the hospital for MENTAL HEALTH!!!!! Thanks a lot Edgewater SMFH!"

"I love Edgewater so much! They are very patient with you, Lareese Harris is so easy to talk to. She listens to my concerns, make sure that she is writing down notes and also looking into my chart history. I have been coming to this facility for YEARS! It’s always a welcoming experience from receptionist, to medical assistants, nurses and Doctors! Keep up the great work! Thank you for the work that you do for your community!"

"I’ve been coming to Dr. Wnabara since 1988 and Sabrina Brown is by far the best Nurse Assistant and Office Tech. That I have experienced since I started coming! She is very Professional, Efficient and Effective at the work she does! She is the only one that can draw blood without multiple sticks! Frankly, this Office would be below average if not for Sabrina!!"

"We were referred to this place by our child's physician. I wouldn't trust this place with my sock. Most unorganized and unprofessional place I have ever been to. The Therapist that was supposed to see our child was a tad loopy or high on something, never looked me in the eye and was under the impression that I was the patient. She proceeded to ask us why we were there and what our child's name was. Asked us if she had done the intake. Had no chart in tow. She had a laptop that was opened but not turned on. Seemed as if She was picked up off from the streets and asked to play doctor. How SAD that parents trust these people with their children's well being. We were given another appointment to meet with a psychiatrist. We took our child for the 3rd time, which was the last time yesterday. No one knew what we were ther for. The person we were supposed to see was unable to be located. Then they were upset stating that we were late. WE WERE THERE 20 MINUTES BEFORE our appointment. This place needs to be shut down and or investigated. Parents rely on these professionals to help their kids not screw them up more. How can the director even be proud of this dump?! I left this place more confused than when I walked in. I care about my child enough to know that this place is NOT for her."
