"This is the worst medical clinic I have ever attended. He charged me for 2 virtual health visits when he simply called to check the address of the prescription. After telling him I was unhappy with his service he withheld my medication saying “If you are unhappy you can find someone else to fill your prescription”. On 2 separate occasions he was over an hour late into the room and generally has No idea what he’s talking about. I had to call every single Month to get prescriptions filled that should have been regularly scheduled. This doctor is the most lazy and incompetent doctor I have ever seen. Do NOT go here under any circumstances. On occasions he accused me of not even taking my medications. I have followed up with complaints to Indiana board of health"

"Dr. Farooqui took over after my previous physician passed away. I had, unfortunately, been recently hospitalized prior to seeing Dr. Farooqui because I hadn't yet switched over to him and ran out of meds. After my hospitalization, I was seen by Dr. Farooqui and he was kind, patient, and very thorough. I find his manner and de mean or kind and respectful. I have had nothing but positive experiences with both him and his staff."

"My old doctor retired so he transferred all his patience to Dr Farooqui, so I trusted my previous doctor which I liked a lot. My first appointment with dr farooqui he was a hour late with no apology. I should have probably changed doctors then. So after that I had more visits with dr farooqui I never met a doctor who has a appointment wiyh a patient and has no clue what your visit is about. On most of my visits he had no clue why I was there fumbling threw his notes like I was a brand new patient. I never felt like he really even cared I just was another patient. One thing I noticed also was his staff was always changing another bad sign. One day I get rushed to the hospital because I hadn’t been taking my meds the way I was suppose to cause I wanted to get of the medicine. I called the doctor to let him k ow hey im going to the hospital because I had appointment with him the next day. I never even got a call from him to see what was going on. So after that I go to his office and he didn’t remember or care to remember that I was In the hospital. Again during my visit he was also 40 minutes late and had the nerve to actually tell me to hurry up cause he had other patients waiting on him after he was late. That was the last straw. So I called his office to change my medicine because my insurance would no longer cover the medicine I was on. I talked to a rude receptionist can’t think of her name gave her all my new insurance info and she never called in my Medicine and lied to me and said she did. I called three days later complaining didn’t curse or yell at her but told her how unprofessional they were, she hung up in my face. I would never recommend dr farooqui to anyone. My previous Dr PAHk was a great doctor so transferring me to dr faroooqui was the only bad thing I can say about my old doctor . And by the way they never called in my medicine because I changed doctors but theydid give me samples I will say that. Overall I would never recommend dr farooqui to anyone."
