"They only have 1 person working the desk and the back. As someone who works in healthcare, this is against OSHA in so many ways. The owner has 4 locations but doesn't give them proper coverage or breaks. Thakkar you should be more caring about your workers. Owner is also super racists. Telemed schedules are always being pushed 2 hours behind or changed 4 times."

"I had a virtual appointment today with Ms. Nicole Kula, P.A. Awesome work! Very thorough, and informative. The appointment started via phone but she insisted on a more in depth look at my concern, so we started a virtual visit. Nicole was able to tell me what was going on with me & prescribe what I needed. She took it a step further when she had to call it into the pharmacy to ensure my medicine would be available for pickup. Nicole was patient & attentive while I expressed my concerns. I could feel the care for her patients are her concern when she’s in office. However, the system has been down for over a week now. I had an in-person appointment at IC Roseland, they gave me a paper prescription because the system was down. I misplaced the paper & when I called in to notify Immediate care, it was a back and fourth as to who prescribed what..just ended up getting a tad messy, up into this visit. I felt heard today! In conclusion, I really do consider the clinic to be one of the best I’ve been to. They respond to questions and concerns quickly and I love that they have extended hours open to the public. They’re the essence of listening & kindness. Thanks Immediate Care. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Probably the secomd best medical service I've received in my life. I was desperately seeking immediate attention & no one in Chicago (locally) was opened. With only 12 minutes left before closing, I rushed to this office. Concerned that they'd be upset, I was surprisingly welcomed with kindness & pleasantries. They took my information, tested me, let me speak to a professional...... and still had 2 minutes left before closing. They have earned the crown for "immediate care" on the south side of Chicago! "So glad they opened an urgent care close to home !!! I went in for STI testing the doctor was so nice and explained everything so well to me. Made me feel comfortable.. the girls at the front desk were helpful with my insurance information… overall glad I came in i got my results within 24-48 hours this is quicker than other places. Highly recommend!!"
