"i have worked with Byron Brackin and his firm in both personal and professional matters. Each time i felt they were sensitive to the fees being charged and allowed meetings to be productive, yet efficient with billable time. Their actions and commitment kept me confident each step of the way as they guided me in and out of the courtroom. They are tough, but good."

"I have worked with Byron Brackin for more than seven years on personal and business litigation. Byron has handled everything from divorce to child custody to business law on my behalf. He is very attentive to details, well versed in the legal system, and compassionate about his clients outcomes. I would highly recommend Byron Brackin to anyone seeking a professional, knowledgeable attorney."

"Recently needed an attorney to handle my case. My father has a long history with the Brackin's for legal work, so naturally, I decided to use them also. Hands down the best experience I've ever had when legal work was required! Byron Brackin and his staff were awesome in making me feel that I really had somebody fighting for me. They are who I will turn to from now on when any legal advice is needed."

"This situation will teach me to trust my gut. Had a consult with Stephen Johnson and got a bad feeling. Was going to try an uncontested divorce, but ended up needing an attorney. I went with Johnson and couldn't be more disappointed! Never felt he was looking out for my best interests, was VERY rude and unprofessional on every interaction. Communication was horrible as well. Paralegal just as bad. I received billings with several discrepancies. When I asked for a detailed bill, I received it however received an email 4 business days later at 1:30pm explaining if I haven't paid the bill in full that day, he would have no option but to resign as my council. I didn't receive this until the following morning when they already filed with the court to quit. This was all 5 weeks before my final trial date. If you choose to use him, I'm sure you will regret it as I did. Good news is, I now have an attorney looking out for my best interests that is polite and understanding of a very difficult time."
