"Filed two years worth of taxes here at the daphne location last April. The lady ran off with all of my tax documents and was unreachable. Called the foley area location and was supposed to have been gotten in touch with but was never contacted and couldn't ever reach anyone again. Just saying, if I get in trouble for taxes not being filed, I'll see whichever representative in court."
"!!!!!!!!Very prejudice !!!!!!!!!! Don’t go to Pat Unfortunately this was the worst experience of my life. As soon as I walked in I was not greeted at all. I proceeded to tell Pat I had a 11am appointment and apologized for being late due to it storming outside and how it was storming so bad that I was thinking about canceling and she literally ignored the fact that I was even trying to have a conversation with her and told me to fill out a form and bring my stuff over. I then tried again to talk about how bad the weather is to spark a conversation while trying to find a seat to grab my things and she fussed at me about bringing my things over. I then ask her to give me a moment while I gather it out of my purse and she sat there with an attitude. While filling out my form, she asked a question and when I responded she made a loud sigh noise. I then asked her was she ok out of concern and she got mad, told me to leave, and made the comment about me telling her I wanted to leave and that’s clearly not what I said. “If Pam didn’t want to do my taxes because I was African American then she should have said that in the beginning and not have a horrible attitude the whole time like she didn’t want to work with me. I felt extremely humiliated today. That’s not how you should treat Customers. Please don’t go to this place"
"great friendly staff, works on your taxes as their own and puts time into making sure you get all your deserved money. they bit on the high priced side compared to a CPA but you can get an advance you within days!! overall sastified with service"
