"New clients beware ....Mr. Jeff Allen is very unprofessional and he along with other members of his office aside of Mrs. Byrd ,the receptionist and BJ, is very rude. My husband and I ...new clients of his and he left us high and dry due to our review of taxes as he wished . We had questions being new business owners( as this isn't our profession). ..His responds...rudely was I don't like anyone questioning my work, I will not discuss or further review go somewhere else and didnt send or refuse to continue our taxes and he had them well before tax deadline....Customer service is everything...he lacks it ..doesnt return calls, hates meeting in person, he hides behind the receptionist and emails for everything...highly sensitive information isnt protected. He doesnt work in a timely manner, his turn around time is horrendous. He isnt reliable or dependable, seek a business where patience and customer service is #1 priority. On a plus side, he did file an extension for us, so he stated..Im uncanny about that also, no confirmation of it.....just a horrible experience overall. In response to his reply... This situation could of easily been resolved as new clients, we were uninformed about alot, thorough communications wasnt present....we weren't given any explanations to accept, he refused to sit down or meet with us at all ( email only) ...about the tax preparation and the outcome, Cant pay someone while awaiting completion of taxes, left in limbo ..Jeff is a ghost.. He completed 2022 for our review and we inquired about outcome and why contributory income, property tax, mortgage interest etc was left out amongst other things and he told us go else where, cant accept what's never explained by him and don't mind paying for a completed service. As he mentioned he asked us to go elsewhere instead of resolving our questions and filing our taxes.... And buyer beware prices change without notice drastically..without discussion also...either way we would of like explanation, 2022 completed and filed very distasteful."

"They’ve had my taxes for 2 months while telling me they were “in process” every time I called to check on them. Mr.Allen was caught in a lie and had never even started them. Complete waste of my time !! Obviously Two w-2s for two years was mental overload for this “tax professional”."
