"I have orders shipped often and just did a curbside order. Works very smoothly. I get sidetracked by all the cool stuff they sell, so if I know just what I need, I like the other two options. If I'm buying heavy cabinets for my Don't Drive Naked shops, I love them to be shipped. We buy most of our shop supplies here."
"My complaint is huge lines and especially the one to get out of the building although it's noticed by management standing around. I shop here often and see this every time (unless you go in the morning). There's hardly ever a 2nd person helping to check receipts and allow you to leave the building. Otherwise the building is clean and has a lot to offer"
"I just came though and picked up a couple of items. The girl Kristina at the register for concessions was texting she greeted me and then read her text. She then responded to the text and asked for my order. Horrible customer service in my opinion. You were out of mustard and the small cheese cups as well. The table had peppers all over it. There was an employee in the back looked like he was talking to a family member. I then noticed a price was miss marked on 20 count the tag was for a 24 count. I notified an associate of of she said she would fix it. It's a Tuesday around 4pm not the peak of business for you guys . Do better. There was a manager on the pa complementing the great to hear that."
"Understaffed, understocked and way smaller than other Sam's club. The picture is the entire store. I would not recommend anyone coming here to waste their time. I probably only found less than half of what I needed"
