"After months of trying to work with them they pretty much continued to blow us off. We had a meeting scheduled one day and when I arrived no one would answer the door and tried to hide until we went away. After finally getting them to complete what was asked of them we tried for another 6 months to get our records and documents back and continued to not receive these items back.
