"9 months ago I wrote a great review about Virgil B. Fowler Insurance, that I would now like to retract. I would just take it down, but it won't let me, So I have to explain. Several years ago, I took out general liability insurance for my company B&M Mechanical. After my agent retired, getting service became more difficult, (ie) getting certificates sent out to builders, City Permit Office, and the like. I was never informed as to who was handling my insurance. In May 2023, I contacted their office by phone, looking to add workman's comp. After 2 weeks of waiting I received a quote in the mail. No explanation, no meeting to go over this coverage, no follow up, nothing! After the other issues, I said enough! I took my business to somewhere else. I now have the general liability insurance, workman's comp, and I am a member of the Builders Association, through this new company that took the time to see to my needs. Currently, I have to have the past 3 years of Loss Runs from the underwriters of my policy. That request has to come from Virgil Fowler Insurance to the underwriter. I have requested by letter, 2 phone calls not one response, not one returned call! Business as usual. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this company."
