"I first wasted time at the filthy, staphylococcus infested IU Ball Memorial Hospital ER getting pushed out of my room so that they could bring in more patients (revenue) and being refused care by the doctor's helper, Hillary Chaney. She cut me off while I tried to explain my issue, then refused care and told me that they need the room. Even waitresses don't come right out and say that they need the table for the next party. It was surreal. This happened within five minutes. I was crushed. I already felt ashamed and embarrassed over what was happening to my body and had waited days debating getting treatment of because of that. After being refused care by Hillary Chaney at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, I drove to Community Hospital of Anderson. Their facility was clean and well maintained. I was quickly and kindly put into a room. After only five minutes a real nurse came to check on me and asked how I was and made me feel comfortable and assured me that I was going to be listened to and cared for. The actual doctor came in to see me within fifteen minutes of the nurse leaving the room. He listened to me, looked at specimen that I brought with me and let me point out the ulcers in my mouth. The doctor left my room with the specimen came back within the hour with a prescription for an antihelmetic and an antibiotic. I am well on the mend now and so relieved that I went on and drove to Community Hospital of Anderson instead of just driving on home sobbing and devestated after the horrible experience with the doctor's helper, Hillary Chaney, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Do your mental and physical health a favor and drive on over to Community Hospital of Anderson and avoid Hillary Chaney and IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital like the plague. Please do this for family and friends as well. Avoiding IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital will likely save your and their precious health. Take care of yourselves, friends!"

"The worst ER in the world. Probably better ER's in third world countries.. never ever go there. First it will take hours to get seen. Then the nurses have poor attitudes. The doctors and nurses probably got their license in a happy meal you."

"If you wanna go to a place, sit in a room for 45 minutes with minimal doctor interaction and no tests done, only for them to ask you what you think is going on and then prescribing you based on that. As well as charging you 200 dollars for a medicine from their own pharmacy that the called a prescription for you to pick up the following morning for free, definitely come to this hospital. If that doesn't sound like a good time to you, maybe just WebMD it cause thats a cheaper, faster use of your time."

"My mom was in this hospital the week before Christmas. She was suddenly released a few days before the holiday. We were given very little information about her continued care and pushed out the door. Now it is the day after the holiday and she is back in their emergency room and they are contemplating admitting her. Really? Do the doctor's realize there is another holiday coming up??obviously they don't want patients then so why bother? What a waste if space. I have zero respect for every medical professional that works there."

"If I could give this zero stars I definitely would. This hospital is embarrassing! It’s filthy! The nurses were very immature and unprofessional. They were hanging out with their friends in the lobby while people were waiting hours to be seen! My daughters nurse completely cut us off mid conversation to go to another room where a patient was yelling to just argue with her. There is no privacy. My daughter waited 3 hours just to get a room, there were people getting called back before us because the women running the front desk knew them. One of the nurses that came in to see my daughter was very obviously high and couldn’t stop laughing for no reason and couldn’t even hold a conversation. The doctor came in and did the absolute bare minimum and said they usually don’t treat pediatrics and said nothing about that when we checked in or while we were sitting and waiting for 3 hours to get a room. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional this place was and how disgusting it was! I watched them use the same wheel chair for 5 different people and never once wiped it down with disinfectant or anything! Junk and supplies and beds just stored in the hallways. Would never recommend going here! This place is embarrassing and needs to be shut down!"
