"I took my son here to get his cavities painted. They do not allow parents to be in the room. He had discussed if they needed to bound him down, could they. I told them no. They said to get it done, if he was fighting them, could they so he didn't have to get a filling. I stated many times only if they absolutely had to. They bound him anyway. I am so furious. I had informed my son's dentist and they have heard this before and no longer referring their patients to him."
"I took my 14 month old daughter here to get her lip and tongue ties evaluated and to discuss the option of getting them clipped. The looked me dead in the face and told me that she wasn’t tied at all and that posterior tongue ties were not real (we have been told she is lip and tongue ties from 6 different professionals). Then he proceeded to tell me that if she really has had all the issues I said she did then she needed to be seen at Riley hospital (she already has an ENT there). Then he proceeded to tell me that even if she were tied it wouldn’t cause all the issues she has. I started to grab our stuff to go and he asked me why I was upset and I told him that I just drove over 40 minutes away only to basically be told that everything we have dealt with for the last 14 months (and seen several different kinds of specialists about) isn’t actually an issue whenever I know it is. After I said that he literally threw his hands up, stormed out of the room, and slammed the door."
"I love this office. My 2.5 year old had a routine cleaning today. The office is always clean and it’s very inviting superhero waiting room for a two year old boy. They took us back and gave him a tablet to keep him calm. We were in and out within no time. And all the staff were very friendly."
