"Dr. Whitlow and his team have taken excellent care of my cat Mila during her week stay after a diagnosis of diabetes. She has been well tended to, thoroughly examined through blood tests etc., and treated as if she were one of their own babies. My boyfriend and I have been able to come in and see her anytime during business hours which has been amazing to be able to give her love and attention between the time we are missing her being at home with us. I highly recommend this clinic to take care of your pet. All of my three cats have gone here for the past 5 years and have never had any problems, only solutions when we come in."

"Just got off of the phone with this office. Whoever was working the phones on Saturday Nov 12 was rude and unprofessional. I called to transfer three cats and a dog to their practice and asked if they were accepting new patients - "No", was her response. Then I asked if she had any recommendations for other vets to which she replied, "You'll just have to call around" - and then she hung up. Nice customer interaction there - not. Customer service is sadly lacking here. Moving on to another clinic who will appreciate my business. This one clearly isn't it."

Morgan sat with me afterwards and answered questions, gave suggestions, etc. She was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. We will visit them again for Harlton's healthcare needs!"
