"Our experience didn’t start out so great but Roshanda was quick to turn it around and get us with Mariah who in turn teamed up with Ben. Ben was very helpful with showing my son the truck he was hoping to get. Ben was very patient and worked with me through a “finance prequal” nightmare while I was at work. He was aware of my limited time to get everything signed and closed. He made the process as easy and seamless as possible. I greatly appreciate everything he did for my son and I. 2-20-24 I am revising my review due to not being contacted by repair shop to have the hood repaired that was agreed upon at time of deal. January 30 I was told I would hear from him within a week and we would get a loaner vehicle while the truck was being repaired. As of Friday February 16 nobody contacted me to get this repair scheduled. I reached out to my salesman and was forwarded the vendors contact information and told to contact him directly. I did so and never heard back from him. I again let my salesman know that the repair still hasn’t been scheduled. Ben said he would contact him Saturday. As of today, Ben nor the vendor has contacted me about getting the hood repaired. I called the dealership at 8:30 this morning requesting a call back from a manager and have not received a call. I’m sure if I was a man, this matter would have been resolved by now."

"The service was less than stellar. I pulled in at 8 AM and Shane the service advisor greeted me. I told him that I was here to do an oil change and I had the maintenance package. He told me that he would look into it my truck was taken to the back at 8:15 and by 8:45. It was back which I was very amazed what I was not amazed is how long it actually took for my service. After seeing that my truck was sitting there for almost 25 minutes. I went over to see what was going on and why nobody had to come out to see me. Unfortunately because I guess I wasn’t anybody nobody really took care of me and asked for Shane. He was nowhere to be in sight. Finally, somebody told me to go to the cashier and then told the cashier that I had the Maintenance package and she said that I did not. Then I’m furious as to why Shane didn’t tell me this before my truck was being worked on I probably would’ve just gone with the regular oil change instead. I paid $110 not even a thank you on the way out. Horrible service. I tried calling the service manager, but he never reached back to me either. I am very disappointed in this dealership as I’ve bought two vehicles from them. I know I’m just one of many customers that come in and maybe my money isn’t needed here but it’s sad to see because it’s super close to my house."

"My salesman was Dakota. He was fantastic. From the moment I stepped out of my car, he listened to what I wanted. I had already searched the website for what I wanted to look at and he took me directly to where I wanted to go. I never felt overwhelmed about anything. In my past experiences, I have had people try to shove a car they think I should drive down my throat until I agree to buy it, but not here. I told Dakota exactly how much I wanted to put down and he brought me the paper with that exact price as a down payment. Mr. William the finance guy was excellent too. They made my experience worth it. I definitely will buy my next car from here. The price for the 2021 Hyundai I bought was insane. That cheap of a price for the low miles the vehicle had was amazing. I searched the state for that price somewhere else and it's unmatched. Also my credit isn't the best and I still walked away paying what I wanted."
