In the short time we have been there I can see they have a culture of accountability and growth. Kids are taught how to lead their peers in exercises. Older kids are expected to help square away the younger kids. Everyone is expected to listen to their coaches and respect each other. Coaches are the perfect balance of demanding and compassionate.
