"I am very disappointed in my experience with Jackson Hewitt for the filing of my income taxes. I used this service due to great experiences in my past; however, it is not what it used to be. I wasn’t clearly shown what I could expect back for my refunds, then I wasn’t given any copies, instead I was told that the system was not available, and that I would receive a copy in the mail. On top of not really knowing what happened with the processing of my income taxes, I was charged an outrageous fee. I went away feeling like I had been robbed. I have received much higher refunds in the past few years, and also paid smaller fees with my previous Income Tax preparers. The only compliment that I can offer, is that the employee was very courteous and got me a Walmart gift card. Otherwise, it was a totally horrible experience, and I regret trusting my income tax preparation with Jackson Hewitt."
