"Delivered my 3rd baby here on 11/20 and honestly I was a little nervous because of the reviews. When I delivered my son (2nd child) here 6 years ago it was pretty much rated with all 5 stars so in the months leading up to delivery I was a little apprehensive to deliver here again due to the change in star reviews. I’m however glad I did. First and foremost my OBGYN Dr Hawkins is amazing so no doubt I knew I was in good hands w her but the nursing staff was excellent. I had a scheduled c section and the nurse who was going to be in the OR with me was excellent in communication and care. She helped ease a bit of my anxiety leading up to the surgery. The same nurse was w me post delivery too and she recognized right away that something wasn’t right when she checked my BP. She immediately called Dr Hawkins and her and a few other nurses worked together flawlessly to ensure that I recovered from my post delivery hemorrhaging. They acted promptly and I honestly thank God for Ally because she caught the signs early. I stayed a total of 2 days and each nurse I encountered from pre-op to discharge was stellar! I had excellent care and felt well informed and satisfied that I was in good hands."

"I was induced and delivered my baby here last month. My baby had to have surgery and was in the nicu for a few weeks. The staff were amazing and attentive. When I realized something was wrong they listened and caught it in time. The nurses helped me get through it and I had a great experience even though it was terrifying. The food was also amazing. Definitely worth it for me"

"I had a not great experience before birth in triage, but had an excellent experience during birth. If I had not been at this hospital, I would've likely died. The staff are caring and compassionate, as well as incredibly talented. Yes the administrative side isn't great, but as far as the care I received, I could not be more happy."

"Only thing i like about this hospital was the food and 2 nurses only! the rooms are not cleaned restocked trash old towels from other people filled to the top of the trash lets not forget sanatized properly. housekeeping doesn’t come to your room daily if you have a long stay. there was 2-3 pieces of straight hair type in my bed that ended up in my mouth. A family memeber spotted a old epidural in the back of my bed with old blood on it when i arrived to my room house keeping lady blamed it on the nurse. hospital is old and outdated beds are broken/no ac in some rooms. staff from other departments walks around with miserable look on they’re face do they even greet other staff/departments in building heavy tired tension in the air get in and get out i only went due to (dr galstian )this long term stay was not pleasant!
